No. Record the contributions your community receives through cash, bank or mobile money. Your community keeps control of its money. Its Ibimina subscription is separate from members’ savings.
How are contributions confirmed?
An officer records a contribution. An eligible person independently checks and confirms it. Pending records stay separate from confirmed savings.
Can I join more than one community?
Yes. Use one account for all your communities. Each community has its own members, permissions and records.
What happens if a record is wrong?
Flag the record for review. A linked correction keeps the original entry and its history, so your community can see what changed.
Can I use Ibimina on my phone?
Yes. Open the website in your phone’s browser to view your communities and manage your records. An internet connection is required.
